The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, has established over 30 software technology parks across the country. Two Prefeasibility studies have been under taken by Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority under Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan.
The proposed software house provides services for web development, graphic designing, application development and game development. This Prefeasibility document provides details for setting up a Software House with core staff strength of 100. The proposed unit has a total annual service capacity of 89,600 hours per year while working at 8 hours per day for 280 days per year. The starting capacity utilization in the first year of operations is assumed to be 50%, while maximum capacity utilization is assumed to be 85%.
